1.Responsible for overall HVAC & Mechanical Utility systems site construct work in according to project criteria and client/national codes. 根据项目需求、业主和国家规范要求，负责项目的暖通及机械动力系统施工工作。 Coordinate with the project manager and construct manager work, ensure the quality, schedule within controlled under the whole project requirement. 配合项目经理，施工经理工作，确保暖通及机械动力系统能满足整个工程的工期，质量要求。 2.Audit the subcontractor materials including but not limited the brand ,quantity and quality . 分包商材料进场的审核，包含品牌，数量，质量等要求 3. Manage subcontractor work quality during the construction phase 管理分包商的施工质量 4.Coordinate and solve the issues during the construction phase. 施工过程中，协调和解决在施工中遇到的问题 5.Manage the subcontractor to do the commissioning work with Good Document Practice behaver 管理分包商调试工作，做好调试文档工作。 6.Attend project related meetings such as construction, quality, safety 参加项目相关会议，如施工，质量，安全等 Requirements岗位要求： 1.Bachelor degree or above in HVAC, Water Engineering, thermal energy engineering major related. 暖通工程、给排水工程、热能动力相关专业本科及以上学历 2.Over 4 years site working experiences in engineering company. 在工程公司有超过4年以上现场工作经验。 3.Semiconductor or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred. 有半导体/制药行业相关项目经验者优先。 4.Proficiency in the use of graphics software such as CAD 能熟练操作运用CAD绘图软件 5.Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel 能熟练操作运用Word ,Excel 办公软件 |
