This position will be based in Shanghai. 我们正在寻找一位资深设计经理（室内设计），负责酒店项目的设计。 该职位工作地在上海。 Your Responsibility Manage and establish creative direction of projects with design teams.  Lead the composing of concept narrative and presentation package. Be one of the key design interphases with clients, hotel management project managers and design teams. Ensure manhours management to achieve project profitability. Participate in business development efforts and require travelling to project locations within China/internationally. Your Qualifications & Experience A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Interior Design from an accredited school or interior design /university. Minimum 12 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a manager’s position Positive leadership experience with the ability to progress projects forward with the team. Communication experience with the ability to establish who your audiences are and communicate your message & instructions accordingly. Management experience of design and people with clarity, care, and compassion.
