外籍主创设计师（Foreign Chief Designer）

1、建筑/规划/园林等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

1. Architecture / planning / landscape and other related majors, college degree or above;

2、8年以上专业实践经验，对景观设计有执着的追求，思维敏锐、活跃；

2. More than 8years of professional practice experience, persistent pursuit of landscape design, sharp and active thinking;

3、卓越的独立方案创作及出色的表现能力，或有较强的手绘能力；

3. Excellent independent scheme creation and performance ability, or strong hand drawing ability;

4、对所承担的设计工作能有独到的见解和观念，保证设计进度和成果质量；

4. Have original opinions and ideas on the design work undertaken to ensure the design progress and quality of results;

5、能对设计师完成的设计工作给予正确的指导和控制；帮助设计师提高工作经验和专业能力；

5. Be able to give correct guidance and control to the design work completed by the designer; help the designer to improve work experience and professional ability;

6、能就项目设计问题直接与客户对接；

6. Be able to directly connect with customers on project design issues;

7、对所负责项目进行全程跟踪和监督、把控效果图及后期制作图纸质量；

7. Track and supervise the whole process of the project, control the quality of the renderings and post production drawings;

8、敬业负责，具有良好的团队合作精神;

8. Dedicated and responsible, with good team spirit;

9.有大型设计院、境外设计公司工作经验者、市政项目经验者优先考虑。

9. Be able to conduct a designing project of government or equivalent department , and related working experience in a top firm or related filed will be preferred.
