Internship – Beijing Office 医疗建筑设计师/医疗流程规划师-– 北京办公室

WARNER Architecture Studio is searching for a designer and architecture degree internship with great passion to design and healthcare facility design to join our growing Beijing office. It is vital that the candidate has a knowledge of good design skills and strong passion to design. The ideal candidate will be able to work both within a highly collaborative team to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities will primarily include:

· 　Work within a team, to work on different stages of the project from competition to DD phase

· 　Participate project design team design charrettes, design production, renderings, models, and graphic presentations

·　 High level of comfort working collaboratively in integrated, multi-disciplinary teams

· 　Strong design ability

· 　Strong graphic design and expression skills, strong communicating skills, can positively participates design charrettes and production work

· 　Have intertest or passion to healthcare design 

主要职责和要求：

· 　在项目团队中，共同参与项目投标、方案设计、初步设计阶段中设计相关工作

· 　参与项目设计团队进行内部设计研讨会，提供设计成果、效果图、模型和图纸等

·　 能够适应团队设计工作

·　 较强的方案创作能力

· 　较强的图文表达能力和沟通能力，积极参与方案讨论和制作

· 　对医疗设计有兴趣和热情

Qualifications and Experience:

- 　Bachelors degree at an accredited university is required

- 　Strong design ability

- 　Ability to work effectively and meet project schedules;

- 　Flexible to working in a fast-paced work environment

- 　An effective communicator in Mandarin and English

-　 Proficient in related technologies, such as, Revit, SketchUp, Autocad, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Indesign etc.

- 　Strong Research abilities

- 　At least continues more than 3 months

- 　能够高效、自如并成功的完成工作

- 　能够胜任快节奏的工作氛围

- 　良好的沟通技巧，熟练掌握中文普通话和英文

- 　精通相关设计技能，如熟练使用 Revit, SketchUp, Autocad, Photoshop, Microsoft Office，Indesign等

- 　丰富的调研能力

- 　至少保证全职实习连续3个月以上
